setup 4500max with servers? iptv?

I just bought the 4500max box, setup all I could when I turned on the box, but I haven't get a clue as to how to setup an iptv service or account and how or where to get mac servers? Any help for an aged 66 not so tech savy old man. I just want to be able to watch tv through my new box! Any help appreciated.
