Reset xrs 4900

Having freezing issues with xrs 4900 been freezing badly running 2 different servers and having alot of freezing even the apps that i  installed freeze as well I have 50mbps internet hard wire or wi-fi it still freezes how do you perform a factory reset on this box which is the best way to do it?
