XRS4900 4K output

Hi guys, great site!!! 

I have a XRS4500Max and a XRS4900, The 4500 has auto selectable 4K video output in the Settings, but the 4900 does not?

Just wondering why that would be?

It has auto switch to best resolution

It's not even listed in the Display mode. Only goes up to 1080P 60hz 

Both are in Auto Switch mode

Same internet, same cables, same channel, same provider.

4500 is in 4k, 4900 is in 1080p???

Okay, that's strange, and I do not have Color Space Setting YCbCr420 only  444 and 422???

This 4900 does not have 4K output???

 it has 4k output ,issue is at your end

the only time I have seen this is when its hooked up to a tv thats not 4k

Thanks NBS, checked the HDMI Multi Switch 4K x 2K 60Hz,  its good. Cables good

Damn Vizio 4K tv is not a 4K, 1920 x 1080 HD only.

Off to Tv store on Monday....
