Buzz stick max

Hi just got 2 buzz vidstick max and set everything up. If I'm using the remote and stop using it when I try to use it again it will not work at all. I had to do a reset on the stick repair the remote and then it will work...as soon as I stop using it and try again it will not work. This is happening on both sticks

If you have the ir extender connected it should still work and you would not have to reset the box

I know and that's what I'm doing now but one of the best benefits of buzz over let's say the formula z box is the remote  that's  Bluetooth

Yes I do

turn them off and see if remote stays paired
