I went to vod, pressed menu and went to configuration. Under video player it says "secondary". When I clicked on that buzztv froze and had go restart the app

I've been noticing that some movies on the vod have a choppy/jittery playback. Is this just an issue with the specific movie of is there a setting that can be changes to try and rectify it? The most recent movie is the matrix resurrection. Thats the most recent example.
