other channels have sound. its this one channel...for some reason the audio was disabled. tried pressing the ok button (to toggle to enable or remove the checkmark) but nothing happens

Hi.... just join this forum. I also have this "issue". i cant enable the Close Captioning. Also i have one channel that suddenly lost sound. When i checked the audio for that channel was disabled. i cant enable it
