What do you what to know i been with buzztv since the 4500 i had two 4500 and yhen i got two 4900 then i got the u5 and i just got the x5 and plan on getting the p6 i really love buzztv i just need to get thid fixed

But doesn't do it on my phone and it been sunce the last update

And it also does it if i watch tivimate on it that why i think it is a software problem

Actually i pay 1g connection but the router and modem are in the living room so i het 300 in my bedroom by wofi and it doesn't do it on my phone

I tried all that stuff and i.have 300 wifi speed

It seems lately my x5 which i just brought and my u5 is studding it tried all steam formats

I have try a hard factory reset and i still does it

To the usb on the bottom and i tried sall the usb ports and the internal drive and i have formatted the usb drive as portable

I am still having issues with recording and i tried keeping it on ts and also i have tried automatic and both players and since the last update i am not getting all my recording and the box will also shut down and the red light will go on while my tv is still on amd i have the cec off

I noticed that even my tv is still on it the box will shut off and the picture will Sputtle and it been since the last update

I have noticed since the last update my box will turn itself off every my tv is on and i don't hit a power button and spurred alot any suggestions

Can i use one my 4900 to restore my firmware to restore the firmware on my other 4900 by doing a backup to a usb and restore on the other one using restore
