Just an update, you CAN NOT use the backup file from a XRS4500 MAX box to do a restore on a XRS4500. I think the problem is the restore backup file is listed as xrs4500max_backup, and it never shown in the restore menu on a XRS4500 . I think you could only use this as a restore backup to another XRS4500 Max box.

I will let you know, I am going to give it a try. Worst case I will need to do a factory reset on the box if it doesn't work. lol

Quick question. I have a XRS4500 MAX box all setup just how I like everything to be, I made a USB flash drive backup of it. My question is: Today I am getting a new XRS4500 Ultra for a second box. Can I use the backup I made for the XRS4500 Max and just load that onto my new XRS4500 Ultra in the restore function? If I can my new XRS4500 Ultra would be all setup just the way I like everything without me having to go into all the settings and set everything up again.XRS

Yes I just found out when this happens you just have to hit your server, and that will refresh your server connection. Everything is good now!

What is going on? Tonight whenever I hit my live TV button it just takes me to the server setup screen, EPG is doing the same thing.

When you want to move an icon, you long press on it, the move dialogue come up, you press on move. Then how do you move it ?
