No, Not true!! Closed captions is enbedded in every TV program as part of the image! NO server support is needed!! It was working on every channel prior to the latest firmware update!! But the problem is after BuzzTV released the new firmware update on Dec 19, 2020, Closed Captions stopped working on all channels and the option is always shows as DISABLED!!!

After the new firmware update of Dec 19, 2020, I am now losing sound on some channels and almost 80% of all channels are freezing!! These problems are in addition to losing closed caption on all Live Channels!! Before this update, everything was working fine and closed captions were working too on all channels. Anyone has a solution to these issues please? Can I go back to the previous firmware version? Thanks to all who respond.

After I did a firmware update (December 19, 2020) I lost closed captions on all the channels???? What is going on???? Anyone knows what happened? Thank You!!
