  1. Yes it was fixed. Then my customer brought it home and now it's working then not. She is messaging you as well trying to see if hardware/software issue. I can't keep hard reset everyday or two. That's silly. Had another user with similar issue with Dec update and you replaced it.

  4. I have messaged them. but there is one puahed It's called V20220714. 2 boxes at two different houses in 2 different cities have it. Maybe a beta pushed by accident. Is there a way to revert firmware?
  5. Yes. I did reset in options, then did toothpick hard reset.
  6. As I stated. Did reset and factory wipe and reset. Didn't fix.

I sell buzz so I have over 2000 devices on the street and last firmware had over 1000 with issues which were fixed by a second firmware This time so far it's 2 but more will come as the updates get pushed. Im saying every update for last 3 has fixed one thing and cause other wonky issues that have needed a second update or weird fix.
  8. Figured I'd ask in here to not start another thread. Since update TVSERIES and VOD do not work. Then open, get to click play, then says loading profile and never plays. I have reset and factory wiped the box. My other 4500 without update works fine. WHY IS EVERYDATE WITH BUZZ BREAK SOMETHING ELSE?
  9. Clear cache. Reboot box, try again.
  10. Just curious, what the /c switch does on servers? Example. My servers never needed the /c with buzz box before ( only with MAG etc ) now all of a sudden it requires it. What does the /c accomplish? I assume its a switch command of some kind? Thanks
  11. No the box actually doesn't detect the port has anything plugged in it. As is port is dead. Has ZERO to do with internet itself. Cable is fine was tested on another machine.
  12. Anyone having Ethernet not working after update? Most of my users updated and had the Buzz TV on boot screen and never gets to home screen. a few users now ( that didnt listen to me a week ago ) did the update today and now have no ethernet. Rebooted, shutdown and unplugged for 5 mins. Wifi works but not wire. I try to convince my users to use wifi on 4000 since 5Ghz is faster than 100MB lan but they wont listen. Anyone else?
  13. I don't help them in person. However, these users pay my bills. Gotta give the help and just hope they retain some of the basics for later

  15. Yes, I have not had time to play around with it yet as I have been busy hard resetting boxes for customers. Although its not BUZZ fault users are too lazy/dumb/ignorant whatever to follow a simple video. ROFLMAO
