Just told him to try a pin reset, honestly dont know what to tell him, loads fine for everyone else i have ....

Has to be something because whem i tell the vod downloads to go into SD card it doesnt  matter what size....weird

So i did a few recordinga on pvr went perfect

When doing a Vod no go...movie downloads all the way then once finishes it jumps to Failed.....i redirect the downloads to my Sd card and all downloads go fine....very weird i  am goin today to reformat it and try from scratch....

So i will set Pvr options and leave it as is then...

Pvr & downloads will be set for Wd 1Tb

Guys somehow my WD 1Tb when i go to storage  keeps showwing this option 

-Erase & format as device storage

-I hit eject

Put it back in go check and never have option use as removable....

Or by having there just :

Erase and format as device storage means its actually as removable as of now ?

They mention also a new Bt remote .... always inproving

I can play them...both either vod downloads or pvr

Issue with vod dowloads is to do a copy and paste doesnt let me find it ...i dont have a hard deive on it yet so i wanted to move if i do a vod download to a usb or something

Now with pvr its just if i press play it plays but if i wanna press forward a few min it jumps it back to begining of that recording so if i dont press forward its all good, jusf weird why pressing forward causes that 

I find when its pvr recording finds it easy, now VOD downloads thats where the issue is...just tried recording off guide and went perfect and easy to find with one issue every time i press forward on the recording jumps to its begining  hopefully Buzz team can look into this VOD download feature...

Emp...i followed your steps shows me enpty,on my previous thats exactly how i would do but with the U5 isnt ...weird, i will try playing with some setings see what happens 

I know they are there...where would they be to get them off the box to save somewhere else ? Is it possible ? 

Guys...i decided to do some vod downloads. Peefect 3 movies i got, but heresbthe question can i  go to where they downloaded and  grab them save to sd card so i can save them ? I cant find them at all, im using file manager go into main storage and cant find it at all

Has U5 gotten any other update ? Just to confirm ....mine has the Oct update 

Have you ever tought maybe its the service you use ?

I know it sucks but its a server issue

Some are really good at one thing and others at other things

We  tried a new url of theirs and still no go

They only gived me 3 hours test

Service was good

Was tryin to get it to have epg Just thru XC api

But then he wanted me to use only smart app. I didnt want to use my amazing U5 thru tird party app

Oh well....will keep hunting !!

Services i use are mac

And Xc look good plus been able to various conections is a bonus

Got me a m3u url

I added it thru scan Qr and no go

On smarters on my S22 goes fine

On the U5 Gives a message cannot load portal timeout

Crazy 

Was a test 3 hours

Gotta contact them again...after the hollydays i will see if they can get me to try 

Time zone : europe/ amsterdam

So 8 hours diference to me 

I tried epg offset -8

Still a no go

I run a service with mac and epg is fine

Maybe thats at there end ??
