I thought you were transferring from internal? once transferred show hidden

I noticed that it has a different file name than what shows in es file explorer but both are in recordings folder

what level are box and tv set to? I have my tv at 60% and then use box volume to control it

what are your other volume levels set to? I paired a 2.1 soundbar and it worx fine
