went back to my 4900 and everything worx

just switched back to my x5 to test and can open any app including buzztv 5 and none work tried 3 different servers

sorry was thinking of downloaded apps buzztv 5 is obviously a builtin app

freeze on what? safe mode disables apps

so I tried disney+ on 4500,4900 and x5 and no go tried it on my phone and tv and it worked maybe allaboutbuzz has an idea as to why

only have netflix and prime so I can't test it

what happens if you choose not to update?

you literally have to select what you're backing up so how could you not know?

does it show up in the list? as I said it tells you what you can back up no need to tell anyone...lol

what firmware version are you currently at?

backup only worx to internal not external since it's not the same OS as the u5

maybe user needs to change where they're grabbing epg from in configuration?
