that won't get you accurate results

press home button twice quickly

same results with 4500

or maybe the service doesn't like how buzztv 5 tries to pull guide after the race I will try my 4500

I only have epg problem with 1 out of 3 services other 2 load instantly

I would have to say it is

thank you closing info bar when needed is good

the back button has never opened up channel list on any model the ok button did and still does

prior to update had no issues with back button now after changing channel back button brings up channel list so now info bar on bottom stays for scheduled time

but that's not a hard reboot
