    at least with buzz you can return the product all dealers take returns best buy wants you to deal with manufacturer even though you didn't buy it from them like I said best buy is a lousy example to try and make his point

    using best buy is a lousy example a few years ago I bought a new tv and hdmi ports didn't work they told me to contact samsung now that's poor customer service

    just checked with my xrs4500 and I powered down/up and remote stays paired
