go to menu/account info what time zone shows? then go to menu/configuration/epg time offset and match it

installed update but instead of going to home screen it went to analti...lol

just tried mouse again and same thing happened turned mouse off/on and it worx again

mine was fine vertically but slow horizontally turned mouse off/on and it worx fine

maybe download got corrupted you could try a hard(pin) reset

then maybe you should encourage your customers to scroll thru settings and learn what they do
