    soft=factory reset you can can only back up server settings you will have to reload apps

    how about this? 1. Clear Cache and Data: Open your device's Settings. Go to Apps or Apps & Notifications. Find and tap on Google Play Store. Tap Storage. Tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data. Restart your device
