    5 hour nap seemed to work...lol it finally updated which proves my theory a promising threat worx every time

    over 40 hours of doing that after factory reset it showed updating on boot still at 134

    going to do a factory reset just have to find my usb stick so I can load my backup and vpn first

    I even rebooted before going to bed nothing

    15 hours later and still no update available

    try the other video player if it goes back to disabled that's on server end

    the only reason I say that is because I've done 20+ remotes/tvs and have never encountered that

    maybe contact hisense and ask if it's possible that another manufacturer's remote could change the functions of theirs
