It’s WiFi. The YouTube app wasn’t on the device and I can’t figure out how to access additional apps to install. I have the same issue with both devices and both purchased from Amazon. One curious thing is the date/time on the devices starts up as May 2024 which I found weird. It says it connects to the WiFi successfully but I’m not actually getting and internet connection that I can tell.

I purchased a couple of B5 boxes off amazon and I’m having trouble having it connect to the internet and use an IPTV service. Has anyone experienced this before and what did you do to fix it?
