  1. Again Thank you for the great information Emporium it really helps me understand the box and steering me in the right direction.
  2. Quick question for you are none of the shows available in 4K or sound other than plan stero? My box settings don't show any of that information or is that only in the highier priced boxs where you can add apps?
  3. Thank You I will try that because it is a pain to drive a hour each way every time for him to perform that function which he has done twice now since Dec.28/25 when I got the box.
  4. Don't resets have to be done by the person who sold you the box and program? They have the server information and password to set up your programming right?

Anyone have any idea what might be causing these two issues that happen quite often. 1> Turn on the box and the screen is totally black.When you push down on the remote control OK button the channel guide comes up and you can see what is listed for each channel and move up and down the guide. The stations will not come in and the off and on button will do nothing until you unplug the box then everything works fine. 2> You switch channels the picture is there but no sound. You go back to the channel you where on and then back to the channel with no sound and it is there. The same thing happens when you switch channels and the program is frozen and no sound.

    I would like to thank everyone who responded to my request for a fix to my problem. A extra special thanks to Emporium who went way out of his way to try to find a fix. My provider came thru last night with a solution that worked and is still working. I have no idea what he did but the end result was what I needed and I'm so happen to be able to watch TV again after been down for about 27hrs.

    I already went into my internet provider and made sure the security was turned off that would have detected this. I have had other boxs running for years and they are still working fine. I told my proveder that the red power button had stopped working and his reply was is the standby working if so that is the best one to use anyway

    My provider re booted the server. I unplugged my router, Buzz box for more than 5 mins. Deleted my wifi connection and reconnected. Went into my Rogers app to make sure the securety was turned off. If something is blocking my url can we not just change the server or ip or something to see if that fixs the problem? I bought this box because people where telling they have not had any major problems and here I have only had my unit 5 wks and my power button stopped working the first week on the remote and now done a whole night with no TV.

  11. I turned on my box today and my whole main page has shrunk to a tiny square in the top left hand corner. How do you change it back to it's regular size? What would have caused this so I can make sure it was not something I did by mistake.
