yup, just did the factory reset, now i have to reprogram everything, sucks, but it's working, unplug - power off long tooth pick in the AV port until you hear a click plug in - power on wait until you hit the factory reset screen select factory reset

and where do i get 954 to load?

so how do you load 954 when you can't even get into the setup menu?

i can enter the android factory reset screen, but I'm afraid of wiping out the buzztv bootloader, help would be appreciated

how do we fix this update, my x5 is stuck in a constant reboot after applying the update.
