  1. What’s the feasibility of incorporating optional hands-free far-field voice control into the power station?
  2. Oh, I agree. I don’t mean AI for the purpose of controlling IoT, though some users might find it to be worth having those kinds of features available but disabled by default for functions like checking home security cameras. I’m was thinking simply as an AI-augmented search engine (like Brave, for example) to answer general questions, and in particular questions relevant to decisions in TV viewing like what channel is a particular show or game playing on right now, or when does the next season of a particular series premiere, or show me recent movies with this actor (for people who aren’t glued to their phones and don’t have any such far-field AI voice assistant set up like Echo or Google Home). Currently the search capability on the Buzz home screen doesn’t seem to have these kind of more sophisticated capabilities, but it would seem to be easy to add them.
  3. Another user was criticized for posting a wishlist item in that first thread that did not directly apply to the Buzz TV app. My suggestion here was for the homepage, which I understood to be separate from the Buzz TV 6 app. I apologize if I was mistaken about that thread topic, and I can certainly put any wishlist items that are appropriate in the future in the first thread. I did take the time to read every single thread before posting anything on this forum, but if my above interpretation is incorrect, please let me know. That said, any thoughts on the utility of adding an AI assistant function? Happy days
  4. I’d like to invite the devs to consider incorporation of a voice-controlled AI-assistant button/function on the home screen, analogous to Alexa on fire TVs or Hey Google on Google streamers. Perhaps simply by directly linking to an AI-based search engine like Brave…
  5. I would like to invite the devs to consider incorporating a feature like Game Day on the Formula Z, which aggregates the sporting events and schedules and direct links into a single category for easy browsing and access to live sports. I understand the Formula boxes are more geared toward sports, but with the availability of TV shows and movies from VOD services and news and documentaries on ad-free YouTube, a large percentage of live TV users on all devices are primarily paying for sports. With this reality in mind, perhaps a Game Day category would be appropriate in the Buzz TV 6 live TV app.
  6. I am migrating my extended family from the Fire TV ecosystem and I am looking for a remote control somewhat analogous to the 16-button Fire TV remote, with perhaps an added feature or two, but definitely a far more simple remote than the basic 38-button remote that Buzz currently offers. So I would like to suggest to the devs an invitation to consider releasing a very basic remote that might work well for new users transitioning from Fire TVs or for senior citizens who do not play well with a remote that has too many buttons. Also, following the example of some alternative Android boxes, perhaps some new remote model could include a find my remote feature triggered by a USB mic (another hardware accessory suggestion, BTW) and also doubling the amount of hot keys from 4 to 8 by incorporating a long press function for these keys (this last suggestion could of course also be part of a software update to existing Buzz remotes that have hot keys.) In the meantime, can anybody suggest: 1. A very simple third-party voice remote that works well with the Power Station? 2. A third-party USB mic that works well for hands-free far-field control of the Power Station and TV? Thank you
  7. Can you please tell me where to post this question? I have searched the forum and I cannot find a topic or thread any more relevant than this one. Thank you.
  8. Are third-party remotes compatible with Buzz TV 6?
