Live TV is set to "Primary" and VOD+TV Series is set to "Backup". However, I found an option called "Tunneled Playback" ON which I turned OFF now. Let me check if things improved. In the meantime please let me know if the servers are configured correctly or they need any adjustment?

Hi Friends, Eversince the update prior to 5.0.961 (probably 5.0.960) on my XRS4500 I've been facing lag in channel switching. Especially, if I switch from VOD to Live Chennels the previously watched channel shows a black screen. I have to then scroll down several times to find a channel that is showing and doesn't have a black screen. Even if the channels are showing, there is a lot of lag before they appear on screen. Any solution?

@dishuser, No risk? Mine is not Buzz4 but XRS4500 an old one.

@Emporium, Entering 2015 worked but, it is giving me serious warnings that it's a Beta version and I should install it at my own risk and there is no way to revert back. I'll try and attach an image.

No, It's not Buzz 4 but, XRS4500. I wonder if they are the same.

I tried both the options for updating but, it didn't work. Seems like there are no backup/restore functions available in my model. However, I'll try noting down the server settings and resetting the box manually. Thanks for your support. Stay blessed.

@nbs., Thanks for your advice. Can you please also explain if convenient, how to take a backup on USB and restore it once the box is updated? I would really appreciate that. Moreover, whenever I try to update the box it says that I already have the latest version installed for XRS4500.

Hi, Whenever I pause a movie on VOD it exits after a couple of minutes. On resume, it starts from random time not from the same time it was paused. Is there a solution to this problem? Moreover, my BuzzTv XRS 4500's software never updated eversince I bought it and is stuck at 2021 version. Is there a way to update it manually? Responses for both of my problems from the community would be highly appreciated. Regards, MJ
