  1. Yeah, that's true. I know about those How-To videos and they're certainly valuable for sure. I'm happy to have some of them on my Buzz box too. I guess aside from those specifically tailored videos it's pretty easy to figure out most of everything else. I just thought it would be pretty great if there was a pdf with a list showing different categories and you can look up what you need to do when you need help. No biggie. But WOW, I just discovered something. What I was trying to figure out is how to organize my favorites after pressing the blue button to do so. It seemed so archaic and weird to figure out. My box was just updated yesterday and since then I went in just now to try this again, and I realized it's totally different and WAY easier to figure out now. I'm so impressed with the update which makes this SO much simpler. A big thank you to allaboutbuzz and anyone else involved with this!!
  2. I usually search something out before posting a question but surprisingly I can't find anything. Is there no user guide or manual of any kind that helps BuzzTV 6 app users know how to do certain things, or that certain functions exist that new users may not realize? Perhaps it's becoming more necessary with all the updates (new functions) BuzzTV 6 is getting now but I think it would be helpful if Buzz put something out. Or maybe there IS something and I've just missed it. I can't even find a user guide for the BuzzTV 5 player either. If one just doesn't exist, I'm happy to post my rookie question here and I'm sure someone will know the answer.
  3. Correction - the info above is for AUDIO formats For video, it's Settings--Device Preferences--Display Preferences--Display & Sound, and I have HDR and Resolution set to AUTO. My box is plugged directly into my TV so by choosing Auto the Buzz is handing off the video formatting for the source to my TV to decode.
  4. It's in Settings--Device Preferences--Decode & Bitstream--Audio Device--HDMI Passthrough It passes through both the audio and video formats through HDMI
  5. My TV supports the formats too so I just use pass through on the Buzz and let my TV do the work. It doesn't bother me that the Buzz doesn't have them onboard too. You said your TV supports all formats. Then just let your TV do the work.
  6. Best review coverage of the 6 Unlimited than any I've seen online. Overwhelmingly positive (no surprise) and the few cons he lists are totally negligible to me. I just thought this might be helpful to someone here as it was for me. https://troypoint.com/buzztv-powerstation-6/
  7. Curious to know if any early adopters can share their first hand experience with this new beast.
