I have the same problem. The playlists loads and I can see all the channels and VOD but it wont play any of them (black screen in the preview) and shows a "media not supported error". I have tried all the fixed offered on forums (switch to back up player, reset the box, change the streaming, downloaded Tivimate and another 3 players, etc etc) and nothing works.
Another 3 friends share the licences of the IPTV and they have it working no problem on firestick. It just wont work on the BuzzTV box. Did anyone find a fix? I am 8hours deep into trying everything and nothing has worked so far.
