Hello all. My x5 ax has not seen this update. I have V 202409918, dated Sept 23 2024. I have tried multiple times with no response. Also when I ask for check for firmware updates for my BT-400 remote for this box it shows V 07 and a popup states "error occurred when checking for new firmware" check again later. Any suggestions?

I encountered the same situ... called my provider and they responded with a different server (info), the same service. Something to do with the android version they said.

Thanks for the response! Reset as advised and setup and updates achieved no problem...Bonus BUT I have now lost my WD_BLACK SN770 NVMe. It does not show up at all even after a reinstall as per You Tube buzztv directions. Any suggestions?

Yes... but they are all activated through different radio buttons. So now the question is: "can you be of any help in/with me being able to get to see/access/use the current update page that is usually there when I select the check for updates."

Hello, my Powerstation update selection radio button when selected from all the different locations simply returns me to the home page. There is no version or last version or anything.

So after much seek and learn this is where I stand on my sync problem. from a live tv channel select- main menu-scroll down to settings-select configuration- now select- live tv and select primary and then backspace (arrow back) now select- vod+tv series and select backup then backspace now select- tunneled playback- select on- then press home button and go from there for your viewing desire. I switched tv`s and even went to my neighbors house and still had the lag so I spent time exploring and found that if you select settings from the main screen (home) you do not find the other settings. Special thanks for the assistance as it kind of set me in the right direction.

kind of a fossil when it comes to technology can you explain this more....thanks No Bluetooth. HDMI direct box to TV (newish LG 55"UHD) Buzz box hard wired to internet. I only know of one service and have been using it for years. One of the live stations is the same as the original poster ( CTV Ottawa). On another thought my old Buzz box (XPL2000) I did not have this syncing problem... using the same provider. Thanks everyone!

Awe yes sorry missed that. My Buzz Tv Box is: X5 128AX with all the updates installed. Problem is while using Live TV and sometimes VOD /movie.

Hello! I am experiencing the same out of sync voices on at least 3 live channels. The same 3 channels do not have the problem while on my independent TV antenna but the quality is not very reliable as it is old enough to vote. My question is, are there some audio adjustments or video adjustments to sync the system. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
