Thanks for the responses. I tried full hardware reset and it still didn't help. I am not sure where can I see the storage information but whenever I select the reboot option after downloading, it shows a message that update has been installed. However, after rebooting the box is still at the old version V20221011

I am having this issue now, the update downloads but doesn't install on reboot. Does anyone know what was the solution?
