The remote will not move for me to pick the channels. It turns the TV on

I have factory reset, and my cursor is still not moving. I am not very good at this. So be patient. The speaker box comes up. I am unable to move right, left, up or down.

Remote turns on TV and buzz box. Will not navigate to channels. New batteries. Cleaned connections.. what else can I try
