Upgraded from an older Samsung led tv to a new 83" LG C5, new 2.1 certified HDMI cables new LG S90TY Soundbar all new correct length network cables etc. For some reason when watching any content on the PS 6 after sometime 20 mins or so the LG screen goes blank and shortly indicates no signal, if I hit the middle round button on the BT 500 remote it comes back on and continues playing just fine. I have all power saving functions turned off on the TV and PS6. This is really frustrating knowing I could have bought a much cheaper Android based hardware box for how it performs and now this which is making the device unusable in my opinion. Hooked my old Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 up and no issues at all.
Any thoughts?
know you said new HDMI but like Maestro said try another Could be a bad one
But if it is still doing it I would save all you settings and servers and do a factory reset as it may have something corruped in it

My box was running flawlessly. But since this update I'm getting a bug with TV shows and VOD. They work, until I use the search function, which comes up with a error for any show I search for. Then when I go to the section no shows will play anymore. If I reset the app the shows are found again and work. But using search does the same again.
Just tried mine on both VOD and tv series and worked perfectly
You may want to Save your settings and servers and do factory reset

Like I tell every person getting into this hobby. Do not invest more than you are willing to lose. Even the best provider, which has been around for a years, can vanish tomorrow. This is just a "hobby".
Time to look at other forums (since we don't discuss services on this forum), to find another service.
I wouldnt say the box itself is done He just needs to go to a forum that discusses servers and find another server

OK this may not be even close But what I think happened is when you sat on the remote you hit a bunch of buttons and confused it or the stb and it just took abit for it to recover
