  1. I have tried all of the reset suggestions, but no sucess. I did read a post yersterday that there is no fix for this problem on my model, but the post has disappeared.

  4. I have recently purchased a new X5 model. It has been working fine, but on the weekend, it failed to startup, and only show a black screen. I have re-booted the box, but no improvement Any assitance would be appreciated. John
