When will the update come out for the 4900

I have 2 xrs 4900 one of the everytime i turn it on i see Device health service has stop what is the meaning of that and can it be removed so i don't see that pop up again ? Any suggestions would be appreciated. 

Having freezing issues with xrs 4900 been freezing badly running 2 different servers and having alot of freezing even the apps that i  installed freeze as well I have 50mbps internet hard wire or wi-fi it still freezes how do you perform a factory reset on this box which is the best way to do it?

What is the latest version for the 4900 just bought 2 of them and both of them shows version  549 is that the latest version?

Is there an issue with the E1 why Buzz come out with the E2 so fast?

I would like to ask user of the 4900 if you are using 2 or more servers and you have favorites list set up if you click on the short cut on the favorite list will the box automatic switch to the respective server that that channel is on or do you have to go into server setting at all time when you want to change server.

When will this box be available?

5000 are Buzz coming out with a 5000 models.

what all the fussing for am sure you are not running so much server to take up all those slot so i really do not see the reason for all the complaining at all the 3900 are a very good box i own 3 of them and they all run fine i love them so much that i dont even know if i should get one of the xrs4500

go across left and go up to server 7 and the go across right and go down to ok and hit ok on the remote

highlight that server and hit the colour button that is reset and press it

Lost of audio every 5 minutes have to change channel up or down in order to get back audio very annoying on the mate 1

when using  M3U format i do not see a slot in the server setting to put in epg url can NBS or anyone help me am using Buzz 3900 box working great but no epg guide please help

can Buzz or anyone can say when the Buzz XRS 4000 will be out?  i currently have the 3900 i see that the XR4000 are out but i think i may wait until the XRS 4000 comes out.

i have the Buzz 3900 but i see 2 new boxes come out the xr 4000 and the xrs 4000 are those 2 boxes a better box than the 3900.
