What is CEC and where do I find it? I cannot turn my U5 box on or off with the remote 400. I turn on my Samsung TV with the remote 400 and the box is off, red light showing, I have to unplug it and plug it in again and it will reboot and be on. I can watch the TV and the box operates normally. When I turn off the TV with the remote 400, the U5 box stays on until I turn the TV back on, then the U5 turns off and I have to unplug the U5 and start over again
