  1. When I use my bt-400 remote it adjusts the volume on both the buzz TV box xrs4500 and the TV itself, which makes volume adjustments difficult as both volumes are adjusted together. There is a setting for sound on the buzz box which sets the volume to max but then the volume control doesn't do anything on the TV. Is there a setting to stop the buzz box from adjusting its volume while allowing the TV volume to be adjusted by the bt-400 remote. My TV is a Samsung which has the hdm arc going to a sound bar.

    Updates

I'm running a xrs4500 firmware v20221115, IPTV ver 5.0.799 When I do system update it says that I'm current. Do I need to do anything else?
  3. What is the difference between these 2 settings and when should they be used? Under Screen saver you can set a suspend after x hours. Under config settings then app settings you can do an auto shut off the buzz app after x hours.
  4. I also have this issue on a xrs4500 running the latest version. The audio seems ok even during the video pause
  5. Is there any way for the box to suspend after the recording finishes? Will it continue to stream after the recording finishes?
  6. I have a xrs4500 ver 5.0.793 which stops recording the current tv live show when I hit the power button which suspends the box. Actually it records for about 12 seconds. Am I missing some settings?
  7. BTW, my box is a xrs4500 with at bt-400 remote
  8. I had this problem too and I cleared cache on the Bluetooth app and problem went away.
  9. The problem is that the box looses wifi completely, not only to the internet. Turning wifi off then on shows no wifi addresses. Is there a way to issue a trouble ticket on this issue and possibly see if anyone else is experiencing this issue, like in the GitHub website?
  10. Actually I'm on very 5.0.793 already
  11. Yes, I'm on os9 and I see there is an update ver 5.0.793 but only for beta users?
  12. I have a xrs4500 box running build v 20221115 and IPTV ver 5.0.790 with the same problem of losing my wifi internet connection after a suspend. Turn wifi on/ and off shows no wifi at all. I don't have any hotspot option mentioned above. Only solution is to reboot the box.
  13. I bought a new xrs4500 which came with buzz5 build v20221115, IPTV ver 5.0.790 I upgraded my old xr4500 from buzz4 to buzz5 beta. The build is 20220919, IPTV ver 5.0.766 My question is: will the xr4500 get the update to the same build and version as my xrs4500 automatically or do I need to perform some manual action?
  14. My provider spoke with tech support today and they told him that the bt-400 syncs with the tv properly on the x5 box running os11. There is an app on that box which handles the CEC signals from the tv. This app is not included in os9. So I need to use 2 remotes to operate my tv box.
  15. My box is xrs4500r, running buzz5, build v20221115, IPTV ver 5.0.790 cec settings on box: cec switch:on, one key play:on, device auto power off:on, auto change lang:on On Samsung tv: Anynet+ (hdmi-cec): on, auto turn off: yes
  16. So I have another problem. Pushing the power button turns off the tv and the box and then pushing the power button again only turns the tv on, the box stays off. Am I missing another setting somewhere?
  17. Thanks. Didn't realize I had to enable that on the tv itself
  18. When I pair my remote to my tv, I can turn on and off my tv but cannot turn off the buzz box. Is this normal?
