In my humble experience DVD is not recognized by this and a few other model android boxes,   it might be recognized by chrome books and current model android phone but you can only see the files on it, it will not recognize the disc as a dvd and play as one.

i have changed my use case but still need the av out cable,   thanks for the advice but it is actually more costly to fabricate a cable, remember, not everyone here is from good ol US and A, some of us are from CanEHda, eh?  and things cost way more on line for us

I am going to build a cable where i can out put the audio only to a stereo receiver amplifier in analog and cap the video out cable and leave it disconnected for now.

are u sure u have the same box we are talking about? can you double check your model

i cant even turn off the bluetooth with this box.

omg same thing happened to my parents, they changed the theme launcher and we could not find the settings button to go back to the old one, we had to factory reset it and call our iptv guy so he could reset out account on his end

happened to me too, i kind of just brushed it off but still thought to my self that is kind of odd, but now that i saw this post I am glad i noticed this glitch too

I know, it's just that I would prefer not to order things and have to go thru the hassle of returning them.   I am more of a do your homework and buy the right thing once kind of person.   I have bought cable in the past from Amz and had the wrong pinout despite the listing showing the correct pinouts, I am talking about the ground.  I know I can swap the colours if needed be

Thanks, Its nice to have the 3.5millimetre jack on the buzz tv box, but it's also nicer when you know the correct pinouts.

unfortunately B01LAIUWJY does not come up on AmzCA so I will go to the dollar store and bring my multi metre and check the continuity of the cables they sell and make sure its the correct pinouts

it onestly does not matter who fixed it, we should just be more polite to one another and be more courteous myself included,  and yes i am working on that with my specialist

Dudes, chill out, why so uptight? the feature is fixed instead of attacking someone please learn to be more polite, respect one another, no one is attacking you personally, i am just happy/excited its fixed, so take a chill pill and dont take things so personal sometimes,

hi dishuser, how are you so certain this will never happen? maybe lets actually reach out to someone who works for Buzz and find out before you jump to conclusions.

On a good note, the box must have had some kind of update so I went into the categories and was able to remove the "all" category and just show the categories i want only.

my wife is very happy now, all the paki movies are gone, she was annoyed by those.

thank you yes i know people use hdmi, i do too, but i have explained that this is only a temporary hookup, 

So the pinouts are LRVG, thanks i will look for the  product B01LAIUWJY

So its either LRVG or RLVG?  thanks I will check to see if we have a 3.5mm cable lying somewhere with those specs so I can hook this up to the TV in my dads basement temporarily.

You can remove the all option and still have other categories,  how do I know this? because I actually did this and it worked., and it worked beautifully.    Not sure why u think its not coming back, but I will have a word  with the folks at Buzz TV and let them know to bring this back.

Yes I am aware since I know how to hide and show categories and you need the buttons to do it, it worked before, it does not work now,  so far none of the advice has solved this issue,  this leads me to believe no one else has attempted to do this and b) the buzz box does not allow this after an update, so hello buzz people, can you fix this and bring it back

i am turning off the all category, then turning on the favs and the english and other languages ,but this time it wont let me turn off the ALL, it used to and it WORKED,   something changed, nothing on my end changed

No no, you do not understand, there are categories on the left, it starts with All,  - this shows every movie on the server regardless if its indian, paki, french, greek, etc, 

the next category is favourits,

then there is the countries/languages,  i used to have the ALL turned off, and have only english movies and maybe like french, italian, spanish, etc

so i could see the categories only and not the all,  cus the paki movies are stil showing in the all category

a While back I removed the All category in the VOD.  My wife was asking how to stop seeing the indian and pakistani movies, so we tried everything like hiding the indian categories but it would still show, so i found out the all category was showing the indian movies.

fast forward to today, i accidentally clicked show all when organizing the vod menu and iwhen i tried to undo it but now it wont let me remove the "all" category
