thank you @dishuser every time I tried ok it did not work, restarted it and then hit ok now it appears to be working.

I just received the box and remote yesterday, every time I am in LIVE TV and press the left arrow, the SUBTITILES AND AUDIO function is shown and I cannot seem to clear it. Any help to get to the other country options. TY
