You would think that if you purchased a 500.00 streaming box that does basically what a shield with the Tivimate app and a little more memory would do, might have a edit button under scheduled recordings that actually does something, show Thumb nails when fast forwarding a recording and a certified Netflix app. Just saying for anyone looking for a return on their investment.

X5 box has been in mothballs for a while. Software version is 5.0.756 and firmware is v20220729 lol. Will I get auto update or do I need zip file and manual install. Thanks

Thanks for reply Disuser. This negates using x5 remote as a universal for tv etc. Right? Trying to keep the best of both worlds.
