i fafo the issue with these boxes giving an error that the box see's the ssd or usb drive but keeps saying it's disconnected...it's the structure on the drive itself..when you format a drive in windows it will format to the mpr structure automatically and newer boxes don't like that...will give you that error everytime...wipe the drive or usb stick and format the structure to gpt...problem solved...your box will now see it as available..always select external then you are good to go

no prob,not missing any tv...i just mess around with my diff boxes for fun...lol...i have alot of streamers...i have a T95 that's on android 8...it still records and plays 4k video using tivimate and sparkle just fine to a 2TB SSD whenever i hook it up to test it? dang that X96 Max is like 3yrs old and records like a champ..i'm a tester from the Dave and Charlie days..i do have fun thx

My router is fine..my XRS4900.X96max and shield all see the 5G connection with no problem? it's not the router it's the X5

did the factory reset and re-installed updated files still a no go for 5G...funny thing is...it worked great with the bad file just wouldn't accept updates?

firmware vs V20240918 iptv vs 5.0.946 won't see or connect to 5G was fine before i updated firmware using sd card because it was stuck in a loop...after updating it loaded new firmware fine and no longer stuck on loading screen but can't see the 5G network on wifi

my X5 128 is doing same thing...won't connect to 5G but connects to 2.4G just fine and ethernet...has SW 918 on it..has anyone found a solution? it works after i got a wifi to ethernet adapter but why won't it see 5G networks after update to sw 918? thx

i have an X5 that won't update...just hangs on boot screen...i factory reset it and it works till it updates itself and hangs on bootup...i hear there files to fix this problem but i can't find them? any help appeciated thx

it's the buzztv 5 box i have a X96max(older box) in the bedroom and a nividea shield and they both work great with the same iptv playlist.. the buztv box won't even update itself? just sit's there w rotating widget? it's connected to my 5G wireless and see's it i'm going to factory reset it and se e what happens?..very disappointed that a box as expensive as this is a problem

i have a buzztv 5 that won't update or play iptv ch's anymore? it just hangs on the xtream code loading stream and looks like it's searching for content? it does the same thing on tivimate but pluto tv and cyberlink and other apps work fine my other boxes are working fine. it seems it's only having trouble playing iptv streams also it just hangs on the buzz tv ota update screen as if it's checking for updates but just hangs ther? any idea's? i've rebooted it several times and still does this thx

one service allows 2 the other allows 4 but it seems like if i record a show while box and reciever are on and tuned to the channel i want to record? it works but that doesn't seem right to me shouldn't i be able to put the box to sleep and the reciver off and still have it record? anyone else recording iptv using the buzz app have sucess? how are you doing it? thx

hey Guys i’m having a problem recording with my buzz box v5 is there a step by step on how to record programs to it? i’m hit and miss,some of my questions are do you have to leave the box on? and on the channel you want to record? can you record to a usb or sd card? can you use sd card and/or usb to record channels and also use the same card or usb to timeshift? do i have to leave it on the iptv provider to record or can i watch one of the two i have and will it record on the the one i’m not watching at the moment? what’s the best place to store timeshift data? i know…lol alot of questions and i’m testing when i have time but it’s warm outside so the fam is demanding of my time right now thx and Troy is the freakin man!!
