  1. Account Info doesn't show the number of streams. Also, I may have misunderstood your prior recommendations to "use auto". What I thought you meant (and what I did) was in live tv/menu/settings/configuration, under "Real Time Streaming" I thought that was the same as "TS" so I set that to "on" (from "off"). Did you mean something else?
  2. RE: "Does you IPTV service allow for more than one connection ?" - I don't know. And I don't know how to find that out. RE: "I have verified on one of my services, with my panel" - I don't know what this means. What is "the panel", and how do I access it? RE: "So if your provider only allows for a single stream, it would explain why it goes black." - To be clear, it goes black (or freezes) about an hour into the recording (and not at the start).
  3. "Auto" is the default setting right? On "auto" we had a different issue, that the recording would stop recording much earlier than expected. Like, it would only record an hour of a 2 hour program. I searched this forum and someone had a similar issue and set it to TS. So we did that change to TS, and so the recordings aren't ending early anymore, but now we have a new issue that I described above.
  4. Not sure if this is a BuzzTV 5 issue or an issue specific to our box (X5). But if we set up to record a channel, and when the recording starts and while watching the channel, the channel will (a) freeze or (b) go black, but recording continues. As a work-around, we will end the recording early (by editing the recording end-time) and set up another recording to immediately start, but this issue will repeat ~3 times for a 2 hour recording. We are using TS mode. Any idea what is happening, or how to fix this?
  5. We had what sounded like a similar issue. For us, ALL streams would play for about 5 seconds, then the video would freeze for a fraction of a second and you would also hear an audio glitch (a "pop) and then the video would resume for about 5 seconds and then would glitch again. We were able to fix this. For the Buzz app, I forced-stop. Then cleared cache. Then cleared data. This fixed the issue I described. PLEASE NOTE, that these instructions will also wipe out all saved info like server info, favourites, settings, etc.
  6. @Ryu Thanks for the suggestion but we've had the TV for over half a year, so pretty sure it's beyond the return policy. We didn't notice this issue until now because we recently plugged in a second device into the TV.
  7. @Emporium RE: "Reality is, the source button is just a programmable button. You can program it to do anything you want." Thank you very much for that insight. I was able to come up with a partial solution because of it. I need the first programmable button to control power, so that only leaves the other button I can fiddle with. So I tied the second programmable button to switch to HDMI 1. Which means I need the original TV remote to switch to any other input; not an ideal solution but better than nothing. There IS a Google Assistant button on the original TV remote; if I could have tied the second programmable button to the GA that would have been a reasonable solution; as long as the original remote is close enough (it has a microphone) I could have "told" GA to just switch inputs for me. But for some reason, the 2nd programmable button on the ARQ-100 won't bind to it. Oh well. @Ryu Yeah lol this is the first new TV we bought in years and it happens to be "special" that way. Oh well.
  8. I have an ARQ-100 for my BuzzTV box, I used the instructions included in the box to program the Power button and Source button to control the TV. But I can't change the source of the TV... when I press the Source button on the ARQ-100, it changes the SELECTION of the source input of the TV (e.g. highlight the next input HDMI 2), but I still need to use the original TV remote to press the "Enter" button to select the source (e.g. to change-to HDMI 2). This means I still need to use the original TV remote to change the source. Is there any way I can use the ARQ-100 remote to press the "Enter" button for the TV so I can change the source? Or some other way to just use only the ARQ-100 to change the TV source? Thanks in advance!
  9. I use a streaming app plugin. There are streams marked "HDR", and when I play them the video colors look fine. However, there are streams NOT marked "HDR", and when I play them the colors look great! I think either my Buzz TV box or the actual TV settings isn't configured correctly for HDR streams. Can anybody help me with this? Note my TV is set to "Adaptive HDR".
