From around the forum ,is that they working on an update right now to fix the main player player issues ,plus the remote problem.

I have the latest update on mine ,hmmm so should I uninstall the Buzztv app and install that again? I will check out with different server

Maybe is a batch that has hardware problem, and u got it ,I will go back to the supplier and return them ,now depends on the supplier if is accepting to return and replace them.

Wow 6 different boxes ,u talking about xr or xrs , because I sold by now around 50 boxes and none give me this problem

From what I know the xpl3000 came in 2017? And I got it right away , I'm not trying to bash or point fingers but I'm using Buzztv boxes and selling them from the xpl2000 versions and yes they have updates but I think the xr and xrs are not stable like the old ones ,the remote and player problem is bugging me since the release , the EPG(Guide) is somehow fixed (I think the 3000 still load fast ) in rest is smooth and easy to use like it supposed too.

I was reporting the issue with the tvcatchup and the default player from Dec. that doesn't work properly on Vod and live tv ,I have to use the secondary player ,I have the latest update but still the same problem nothing changed ,I'm using 5 servers is not like is a problem with a specific server.

That's the hope but seams like they are busy releasing the new Buzztv boxes ,and like usual they forget about the older boxes

So I went ahead and bought the arq-100 and Im impressed with the performance ,but is expensive and bulky.

I don't think is about the wi-fi , because I used both and still the same problem

Probably your clients don't use the remote that comes with the box or they use the arq 100 remote, because all my friends(around 20+) that they use it all have problems with the IR remote.

I think that if you leave the channel will not record anymore.

Seams like the problem is from the receiver not the xr box, I don't know how to help you out here since I don't have that receiver, just guessing switch the HDMI port on the receiver maybe will work.

It can't be the battery, since I've changed mine just to be sure that the remote is like brand new from the box , anyway seams like is not only me who has this problem

With mine I connect it to a home theater system and there if the stream or video with 5.1 the receiver of the home theater will do that for me ,I think for the 5.1 the box has to have a special chip

Ok I will try one ,to see how it works ,seams like buzz ignores this issue, no statements from them that they will look in to it

It has the mouse the same like the mouse remote with the usb adapter? cuz I don't see it on the Amazon listing.
