Yes I have rebooted everything a few times. My Buzz L1 6 and my sons HD5 works good. My next door neighbor has a BuzzX5 and his went down at the same time. Both accounts were renewed lately.

I have 2 VPN`s and have tried both at different times and it still didn`t connect.

Yesterday and again today my BuzzX5 stopped connecting to the servers. Anyone know if we are being targeted ?

They load but will not play just return back to the list of episodes

I am using XC I do have a Buzz X5 and it works good using the XC and same portal/credentials.

After the update the VOD and Series are not working the Live TV is working.

When I fired up my box it told me to register it. Is that a requirement before it will run?

I received 2 boxes yesterday one loaded great and works great. The other did the update and I loaded the info for the server it connected but will not download the channel list. Should I uninstall update and download and reinstall the operating program? Can this be done without any problems?

I have tried the Force volume in Buzz utilities but didn`t make any difference.

Force Volume ? I have tried that but to no avail.

What is the latest firmware version for the X5

I do not see the option for Max Volume in settings.

The box volume has not worked since the last update

I have to manually turn it up. Sometimes I have be in the 60 range for volume to be able to hear. Is there something I am doing wrong.

After my update my Volume control will not control the sound on my X5

I rebooted once and did the reset on the box and was able to get the remote to pair with the box. Working now but unable to get the Backlight to work.

Did the latest HD5 update this afternoon. Now it will not recognize my remote, have tried pairing but nothing. I tried the reset on the box but no change. Any help would be appreciated.

Update loaded well my volume woks again (Thanks to the Buzz team) but when I try to pair a device the box reboots each time and doesn`t pair.
