  1. Yes I have rebooted everything a few times. My Buzz L1 6 and my sons HD5 works good. My next door neighbor has a BuzzX5 and his went down at the same time. Both accounts were renewed lately.
  2. I have 2 VPN`s and have tried both at different times and it still didn`t connect.
  3. Yesterday and again today my BuzzX5 stopped connecting to the servers. Anyone know if we are being targeted ?
  4. They load but will not play just return back to the list of episodes
  5. I am using XC I do have a Buzz X5 and it works good using the XC and same portal/credentials.
  6. After the update the VOD and Series are not working the Live TV is working.
  7. When I fired up my box it told me to register it. Is that a requirement before it will run?
  8. I received 2 boxes yesterday one loaded great and works great. The other did the update and I loaded the info for the server it connected but will not download the channel list. Should I uninstall update and download and reinstall the operating program? Can this be done without any problems?

  14. I have to manually turn it up. Sometimes I have be in the 60 range for volume to be able to hear. Is there something I am doing wrong.
