these are on the inside to one side. there are not magnetic

What is the purpose of the two metal bars stacked and screwed to one side inside the xrs4900 case. Looks like they are cut special for some purpose.

My plex install is stuck in tablet mode, very small text. Try to switch it to TV mode but that is a no go.
