4900 5.0.893 wpuld like to grt beta updates if possible but i put on susoend and it stays blue and just turned box on again and guide was missing again all saying loading guide was full when i shut iy off

No it happens when i shut down and susprnd function blue light stays on

I went to try thr suspend mode instead of completely shutting my 4900 down... the blue light stays on and does not turn red

Ok so guide qent out on me again after i shut down and turbed box back on its noy a server issue froend has same service on a diff type android box and his guide has not gone out... seems that when you shut down then turn box back on later it loses all stored guide info... 

Anyine get a message saying losy internet connection check internet when watching vod

Def guide is server issue as for my otger issue seem that a fresh install had corrected everything

Now guide is stuck all it says is loadimg and nothing is loafing up.. would that be server issue been saying losfing for over an hour

Just seems that since new update came out box has been acting up so i fihure fresh install might correct issues

Shut down and just came home turned on box and lost all my fav channels so i reset box and did restore not sure wat happened

4900 current 893 version and mac server 

Anyone have issue where guide loads tgen when u oower off box tgen turn it back it loses guide listings at all

Ok got it was able to move it with a diffeent file app

I tried to use the file browser app on my box tgat was installed and it did not work ill try anotger one see if tgat works

Actually it does not but i managed to backup data on intrrnal storage and when i go to move it to sd catd or usb it saus it cannot writte data so again not working for me

If u notice it says back up on screen not restore

lol touche  on that empoirum at least now i know lol just sucks to have to redo all my fav oh well live and learn

back up restore funcition in the new update does not work i backed up my data or so it said it did... I reset myu box i have the 4900 and went to restore and there was no file on the usb stick that it supposedlu saved it on

Anyone else having the app crash after new update keeps crashing on me ome 4900 

Ryu no i an in the favorited catergory when i am playing it.. it keeps junping from my favorite catergory tk the all channels catergory my box is 4900 model if allaboutbuzz can vid call me i can show wat i mean

Got an issue with new app update if your in favorites catergory and u punch in channel number it goes to the all channel catergoy instead of staying in favorites. Also does the same thing if u hit guide and press a channrl to have the guide go to it jumps to all channel category
