I have tried both players. Same thing happens.

Hi, Just wondering if anybody has encountered Audio cutting out randomly while watching a live stream and then when I change to a different channel and switch back the Audio kicks in again. Also, the Audio does not sync for some channels? I have tried the software version of the service provider since they have the app version and there is no issue so I'm assuming it is the box? I have tried different Audio settings but no change. Even after shutting down the system and powering it back up, clearing the cache, etc. the above still happens. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
