My air mouse is not very responsive. Is there any way to increase the sensitivity?

With Buzz 5, is there a way to filter on "Sports" and then from there on to "Boxing"?

Problem solved! I was about to return the STB to the store so I figured I'd try one more thing. I hit settings/reset, loaded my script back on, and everything appears to be working great....full epg, recording nicely, and playing back correctly. I'm not sure what the problem was but it's gone. Thanks to the folks who helped.

Still issues. I can't select a program from the epg because since I went to Buzz 5, my epg hasn't populated. When I do menu, pvr, etc..it gives me a recording that only lasts seconds per my original post. The STB is less than 30 days old so I can still return it I think. Maybe I got a lemon.

That worked for immediate recording but how would I set up the STB for recording later in the day?

I'm hitting the rec button and then setting it up for 10 minutes.

I'm using Buzz 5 now but still have recorder issues. When I set it to record a 10 minute segment, the playback that I get is only about 10 seconds. Still need help.

My new xrs4500 has some bad buffering going on. It's in the same room as my router so the wifi signal is strong and fast (100 Mbs nominal). I borrowed my son's STB (older, 1 gig ram) and when I used the same connections it was fine with no buffering. We're on the same sub service. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. I rebooted the STB and it seems to work properly now.

I'm new to Buzz but my recording seemed to work. The problem is that I can't seem to advance the recording to the spot I'm interested in. It keeps wanting to go back to the start. Is this a general problem or is there a solution?
