    It is setup and did not delete any profile. It doent happen that often but when it does i am never around at home to fix.

    It's setup to default settings that is the home screen. Why does it go to server settings?

    I know for some of the other devices it's the reset button and then plugin power. I do not see a reset button for the E1. Thank you for any help in advance.

    yes. Same service is working on Onn Android device but not on E1

    Good Evening, I am having issues with all my E1 devices (4 of them) as it loads XC API Login it freezes has not done that before did a full reset re put info and still the same.
