I reset my XRS 4000 hoping it would relieve my Wi-Fi problem. Now when I try to open up any email or any app it says "no app found to open link." What is this and why can't I open anything? what am I supposed to be using to open Simple links on the web or an email?

I won't update a beta version until all the bugs are fixed. It's enough I had issues on the last update, that wasn't a beta version that I had to figure out on my own.

What is the beta version? Is this version still in testing stages because I won't update it if it is.  

After doing some changes in the picture HDR& DNR settings I was able to alleviate the orange line problem on the picture. I used the adaptive HDR and Auto DNR. One thing severally lacking with this device is instructions explaining what all of the features do. I'm glad I've got a ton of patience because I was ready to toss it. 

I'm not confident that this will fix my issue. I don't see where my device has been improved with the current update. Why would they roll out another update so soon after this one if there aren't problems?

What's actually going to be saved? I was told all my apps would be deleted and it would be like starting over with a new a device. Yes, I have a forum on here about the new update putting fluorescent orange lines on people's faces. This didn't exist before. I returned one of the new boxes because of this issue which no one could seem to resolve. When I got the xrs400 I didn't have this problem until the update. 

I don't have this option in either media player. I'm seriously bummed I even did this update because it ruined my entire viewing with all of the orange lines on people's faces now. I raved about this device to people. Now, a simple update and you want me to reset, lose everything that I've got saved, only to find that "maybe" this may solve the problem?

Maybe I'll wait until the new buzz 5 update. Any idea what's in this update and  arrival date? Hoping this may fix the issue at hand. I've got so much on this box starting over would be a nightmare.

I loved my 4000 and had no issues or problems until this current update. Now everyone's face is orange with bright orange florescent lines running through.  There's no flesh colored tones on anyone's faces.It's so  distracting I cannot even watch tv. It's not my tv because I have no issues at all while viewing without the streaming box. Please help. Can I reset? Will this delete the update?  Are there any adjustments I can make on the box because I believe I've tried everything.  I don't want to toss this box.
