  1. Both updates took! Thank you for so much for your quick response!! WIFI appears to be working perfectly now.
  2. allaboutbuzz - Referring back to my issue on 1/4/21. I had my customer send me their box and as I suspected it is a version issue. Version V20201218 does not replicate the same issue as V20200624. Version V20200624 as I stated will continually scan networks and temporarily shuts the WiFi signal off as it saves it (you can refer to the video I posted earlier). Naturally this will cause the stream to shut down or make it appear it is buffering. Any help would be appreciated!
  3. Wish it was that easy!! Not the case, full signal, set it on top of the source!! Per video, rescans, saves and reconnects. IMG_1208.MOV
  4. Yes, there is that option and it is set to off (actually tried both ways during first diagnostics).
  5. Yes, that turns the WIFI off. We don't want it off. What happens is that while connected it continues to scan and will reload everything temporarily disconnecting and reconnecting the line you are connected to. This briefly drops the signal which in turn drops all streams in progress.
  6. Is there a way to stop the unit from automatically scanning WIFI? Several users are unable to hard wire their units and when the unit scans for WIFI (after successfully signing on to their router), the signal drops during reload and anything being watched at the time shuts down.
