channels with audio (subtitles -disabled) (audio stereo ) aspect ratio -auto ///// without audio ( audio disable ) if i go to english stereo/ i get the unknown stream error message ,,, and i know is not the server cause i try different ones hadd the same problema with the xrs4500 but everything is good after the update

have a buzztv xrs 4900 ,no audio on most of the channels ,,,i know on the 4500 you change player ,,, i tried on this on ( xrs4900) and i lose the video any ideas that can help me solve the problem !!!! thank you
