XRS 4500 Reboots by itself

Hi guys, My Buzztv xrs 4500 sometimes reboots by itself while watching tv.  it is ethernet connected, no bluetooth and even I factory reset it but the self reboot randomly continues to happen.  Any idea on what can be causing this issue?  thanks

try a hard reset

Thanks for replying, but is there any difference between factory reset and hard reset?

yes there is

a hard reset starts you off fresh
