Remote not pairing with TCL tv

This question is for any BuzzTv staff who read it;  any chance of updating the remote's programming to allow expanded remote pairing with TCL tv's and remotes?  I have a TCL Roku tv and I've tried all the methods offered currently, with no success.  It tries 15 different pairing codes and none of them work.  I realize the OS is Roku, but its all infrared signals at the end of the day.     Can you guys add more codes than the 14 please?  The autosetup and the manual "code 5" dont work.
